The present Part “Г” is a logical continuation of the previous Part “В” of Lecture Course II. The references and formulas are given under the same numbers as indicated in the introduction to Part “В” (see above). The material presented in Part Г is also aimed at the same readership as listed in Part В. In this part we continue to study medium corrections to the effective interaction for nucleon-nucleon scattering. We also explain methods for obtaining an empirical density-dependent effective interaction. With a physically motivated analytical form involving only a few free parameters, this empirical interaction allows us to solve a number of physical problems for a real finite nuclear system. One of such tasks refers to finding empirical transition densities for 2+ states in 90Zr  from proton scattering. These empirical transition densities turn out to be comparable to the corresponding theoretical ones. Given that the proton transition densities for these states were previously measured with electron scattering, we managed to identify the differences between proton and neutron densities. These differences were also predicted in corresponding structure models.
