Big science ships of the crew, no longer going on long voyages...

Something's wrong at the state shipyards...

The term “fractal” was coined in 1975 by the American mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot..

He formed the word from the Latinfractus“Broken,” “broken,” “broken.”.

The term became widely known after the release in 1977 of Mandelbrot\'s book "Fractal Geometry of Nature".

At the heart of the term fractal is the semantic fullness of some self-similar structures.

In the case of the description of one hundred thousand local innovative teams, we (the authors) boldly give the idea of creating complex structures, in part, multi-similar.

Because teams are made up of local groups of intellectuals.

All of them, or most of them, are educated from diploma specialists, who were taught according to the old and good German patterns of the Soviet intellectual redistribution..

Teams are formed from a small group of like-minded people who gather to solve local or fundamental problems...

In the States, in the mid-sixties began to work “garage startups”.

In the Fatherland, collective teams are like American teams.

It is worth noting that the external environment in Russia is unfriendly to “garage teams”.

It is good that technoparks and friendly laboratories of industry institutes have appeared.

Many of the first local teams consisted of brutal graduate students who craved intellectual primogeniture.

Garages have appeared a lot, as the components of the people's military-industrial complex, in the last 5-6 years.

Craftsmen and engineers work there.

What intellectual sublimation can come from the new structures no one knows.

The authors are free to point out new intellectual similarities that many intellectual lacunae can fulfill.

Of the lacunae may well be integrity...

The key word can.

The experience of the Anglo-Saxons and Asians gives many reasons for optimism.

State scientific Leviathans may be able to integrate local achievements into Packages and Platforms.

There should be no restrictions and excessive control regulations.

Synthesis in scientific applied work is organic.

It works — it is successful...

It works more efficiently than world analogues - it means optimally!
